BoSS Empowers Branch Staff with ERP Training to Drive Digital Transformation

Juba, 17th July 2025 – As part of its ongoing digital transformation and capacity building initiatives, the Bank of South Sudan (BoSS) has initiated a three-day Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) training program for branch staff.

Held in Juba, the workshop, which is attended by staff, drew BoSS branches from Wau, Yei, Nimule, Aweil, and Rumbek. The objective is to equip staff with a comprehensive knowledge of the key ERP business operation modules to help roll out the system to all branch offices.

The sessions, led by Mr. Tanmay Kulshrestha, SAP Project Manager, highlighted the strategic application of ERP to maximize procurement procedures, increase data accuracy, and enable better-informed decision-making throughout the institution.
