BoSS Governor Vows to Resolve Liquidity Shortage in New Year
Juba, December 31st, 2025- Governor, Bank of South Sudan (BoSS) Hon. Yeni Samuel Costa assured staff that the Bank has put in place a clear and coordinated strategy to address liquidity shortage.



While addressing the end-of-year general meeting with staff on Tuesday, he highlighted the importance of staff welfare, continued training, and professionalism, urging employees to remain committed to the Bank’s mandate and monetary policy.

William Madut Akol, representing the Staff Trade Workers Union, applauded the Bank’s leadership for improving staff welfare, calling for more training opportunities for both classified and unclassified staff.
The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Governor for Policy and Banking, Hon. Samuel Yanga Mikaya, the Second Deputy Governor for Administration and Finance, Hon. Rita Nyankiir Akoon, and Directors General.
