BoSS Launches Pre-Retirement Training to Empower and Support Retirees

Juba, August 19, 2025 – “We conduct this Pre-retirement Training because we love you and we care about your life even after your retirement from the Bank of South Sudan, said Director General for Administration and Human Resources, David Manyuon Nak.
While addressing pre-retirement training session on Tuesday, he added that the training is the first of its kind in the bank and would contribute to the wellbeing and welfare of the retirees.
The project, coordinated by the Compensation and Benefits Division of the Directorate of Administration and Human Resources, supports BoSS retiring personnel with the equipment and information needed for life after service.
The workshop will be conducted in two sessions, with some 30 individuals participating, under professionals and consultants’ guidance.
“In line with its commitment to employees’ wellbeing, the Bank also offers renewable one-year employment contracts to retirees with skills of value to continue their contribution,” David Manyuon said this as he launched the training on behalf of the management of the Bank of South Sudan.
