Central Bank and Türkiye Ambassador Discuss Cooperation in Banking Sector

The Governor of Bank of South Sudan (BoSS), Hon. Johnny Ohisa Damian, along with his First Deputy, Hon. Dr. Addis Ababa Othow, held a meeting with Türkiye’s Ambassador to South Sudan, H.E Metin Ergin.
They discussed enhancing bilateral cooperation, with a focus on the banking and financial sectors.
“The meeting boosted cooperation in the economic sector”, Ambassador Ergin stated.
On his part, Governor Damian expressed a strong interest in strengthening the bilateral relations, particularly in the banking industry.
“We would like to benefit from the experience of Türkiye and its journey towards building a robust banking system,” indicating that the two countries will work closely to achieve that end. Governor Damian said.
