BoSS Leadership Pledges Commitment to Economic Reforms

26th February 2025 – Leaders at the Bank of South Sudan (BoSS) pledged to support the country’s economic transformation and emphasized teamwork, accountability, and professionalism among staff.
This commitment was highlighted during the reception of the new First Deputy Governor for Policy and Banking, Dr. Addis Ababa Othow, who took an oath on Wednesday following his appointment on 20th February 2025, replacing Yeni Samuel Costa.

BoSS Governor Hon. Johnny Ohisa Damian praised Dr. Addis Ababa for his professionalism and emphasized teamwork. Dr. Addis Ababa expressed gratitude for his reappointment, pledging to prioritize staff welfare and financial sector transformation.
Hon. Gan Samuel Bwogo, Second Deputy Governor for Administration and Finance also emphasized the importance of investing in staff welfare, describing employees as the most valuable asset of the institution. The reception ceremony was attended by the top management leadership, board members, Directors General, and staff.
