BoSS secures plots for its branches in Bentiu and Pariang towns.

BoSS has secured two plots in Bentiu and Pariang towns to build its branches in strategic locations in the country.
These allotments came after the bank’s Governor Hon. Dr. James Alic visited the two locations on Wednesday November 20, 2024 aimed at expanding financial services country wide, in line with the implementation of the bank’s act of 2011, amended in 2023.
Hon. Dr. James Alic Garang was accompanied by Director General of Administration, two board members and national MPs.
In Unity State, the state Acting Governor Hon. Tor Tunguar Kueinguang received BoSS delegation at Rubokona Airstrip and held a short meeting with state’s officials before touring the allotted piece of land for the branch measuring two hundred (200) by one hundred (100) meters. On the other hand, the Chief Administrator of Ruweng Area Hon. Tiob Monyluak welcomed the guests from Yida Airstrip before heading to Pariang to view the allotted piece of land measuring 150 by 150 meters.
The establishment of these branches in these two areas will enable the people easily access financial services.
Dr. James Alic Garang, encouraged and raised hopes of the local people and said social economic transformation for the population will soon be a reality.
For their parts, the Deputy Governor who double as Acting Governor of Unity State Hon. Tor Tunguar Kueinguang and Chief Administrator of Ruweng Hon. Tiob Monyluak appreciated the leadership of the Bank of South Sudan for implementing the Bank’s policy.
