The East African Community (EAC) has received a Grant from the African Development Bank and African Development Fund to finance the EAC Payment and Settlement Systems Integration Project (EAC-PSSIP): South Sudan. The Protocol of Agreement amounting to Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Units of Account (UA2,900,000) from African Development Fund (“the Fund”) and the Protocol of Agreement amounting to One Million Nine Hundred Thousand Units of Account (UA 1,900,000) from the Transition Support Facility (the “TSF”) were signed between the REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN (RSS), the EAST AFRICAN COMMUNITY (EAC), the AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK (“the Bank”) and the AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND (“the Fund) to fund the 3 years EAC-PSSIP: South Sudan project.general_procurement_notice_for_the_eac_pssip_project_for_rss
