BoSS Workers’ Trade Union Gets New Chairperson

Juba, March 6, 2026- –The Workers’ Trade Union General Assembly of the Bank of South Sudan (BoSS), on Friday nominated and confirmed William Madut Akol as the new union leader, tasked with championing staff welfare and strengthening engagement between employees and the bank’s management.
During the meeting, Deputy Director of Human Resources, Marnas Paul Ngundeng, who represented the bank’s leadership, acknowledged the concerns raised by staff and pledged the bank’s commitment to improving employee welfare.
BoSS’ Deputy Director, Aluel Mabil urged the union leadership and members to work collectively with management to address staff issues and promote a productive working environment.
