General Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, on the advent of Christmas. We also extend our congratulations to his deputies, and the great people of South Sudan.
May the Almighty God bestow upon them more wisdom to lead this great nation to shared prosperity.
Christmas is a season of spiritual reflection on the important foundation of the Christian faith. It is a time to celebrate God’s unconditional love for the world through the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
We extend our special festive greetings to all South Sudanese, hoping that our celebrations during this Christmas will be peaceful and joyous.
